Job Description
At Molly Tea, we believe great tea starts with great people! Whether you are an experienced barista or looking to start your F&B career, we provide a supportive and dynamic environment to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Prep: Craft signature milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks to standards.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and offer recommendations.
- Cashiering: Handle cash, POS, and digital payment transactions responsibly.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain station cleanliness following SFA food safety guidelines and SOPs.
- Inventory: Check ingredient levels, restock items, and assist with receiving stock.
Requirements
- No experience required (Comprehensive on-the-job training provided).
- Spoken Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and regional suppliers.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude with good teamwork skills.
- Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
