Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Intelligence & AI professional to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, advanced analytics and simulation models to enhance patient care and healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI solution development, including data extraction, preprocessing, model training, evaluation and cloud deployment.
- Develop cloud-based data pipelines and MLOps workflows to ensure reliable model performance and monitoring.
- Collaborate with clinicians, pharmacists and IT teams to translate operational and clinical needs into practical AI solutions.
- Perform simulation modelling and optimisation to support clinical and operational decision-making.
- Drive AI integration initiatives, research collaborations and contribute to data science strategies.
- Present research findings through publications and conferences, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing and implementing data science solutions, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modelling, machine learning and deep learning.
- Hands-on experience in AI engineering, model deployment, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including SageMaker or Azure ML.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.
- Experience with FlexSim simulation software will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with both technical and clinical teams.
