Overview
Proactive Physiotherapy, a boutique clinic in Outram Park, Singapore, is hiring a Clinic Receptionist & Front-of-House to manage front-desk operations, patient concierge care, and social media community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Environment: Welcome patients, oversee check-ins/check-outs, and maintain a sanitized, organized clinic.
- Patient Concierge: Assist mobility-impaired or post-operative patients from building drop-offs or Outram Park MRT.
- Scheduling & Support: Manage inquiries via phone/WhatsApp and adapt practitioner calendars for last-minute booking changes.
- Billing & Administration: Process daily payments (Cash, NETS, Credit), handle invoicing, and manage insurance claims.
- Doctor Relations: Liaise with medical doctors and healthcare partners to maintain referral networks.
- Inventory & Marketing: Track clinic supplies and create content (photos, reels) for Instagram and Facebook.
Requirements
- Background: Prior experience in healthcare reception, clinic administration, concierge, or hospitality preferred.
- Competencies: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving under pressure, and a warm, patient-first demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in standard office software and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Canva).
- Communication: Fluent English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Remuneration & Perks
- Salary: SGD $2,200 – $2,700 / month (commensurate with experience) + full employer CPF.
- Bonuses: 13th-Month Bonus (AWS) + performance-based KPI incentives.
- Benefits: Annual flexible wellness/healthcare allowance + discounted in-house physiotherapy care.
- Hours: 44 hours/week. (includes some evenings and Saturdays, coordinated well in advance with predictable rest days).
- Leave: 7 to 14 days Annual Leave plus Public Holidays (or off-in-lieu).
- Location: Accessible near Outram Park MRT.
