45-minute unpaid break per shift.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist shoppers with their Christmas redemptions and verify receipts.
- Guide shoppers through the redemption process using a provided device.
- Distribute festive premiums and manage voucher redemptions.
- Keep track of stock and perform daily stock-taking.
- Answer shoppers' enquiries about the campaign and redemption mechanics.
- Keep the redemption booth neat, tidy and organised.
- Provide daily updates on redemption quantities, stock balance and operational issues.
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with shoppers.
- Responsible and organised, with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently at an assigned MRT booth.
- Comfortable using a device to assist with online submissions.
- Able to provide accurate daily stock and redemption reports.
- Must attend the paid briefing before the campaign starts.
