Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Manage manpower planning and staff rostering across outlets.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections and operational audits.
- Lead outlet teams to achieve service, quality, and sales targets.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and operational documentation.
- Handle employee performance management, disciplinary matters, and workforce planning.
Training & Development
- Ensure proper onboarding and training of new employees.
- Coach and develop employees to improve service quality and operational performance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support career development initiatives.
Sales & Profitability
- Drive sales growth and profitability for assigned outlets.
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans.
- Monitor outlet expenses, petty cash, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and controls.
Marketing & Brand Standards
- Support the rollout of promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Ensure all outlet branding, signage, and promotional materials meet company standards.
Recruitment & Quality Control
- Recruit and select employees through a structured hiring process.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels across outlets.
- Monitor product quality, food safety, and service standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Store Manager/Store-in-Charge, or 3 years' experience as an Area Manager within the F&B industry.
