Mandatory 1-Day Training is provided (paid at $13/hr) - Please apply only if you can attend:
14 Nov, Saturday (9:30am to 6:00pm)
> Able to work 3 to 5 days during the event period from 16 Nov (Mon) - 22 Nov (Sun).
💰 Salary: $15/hr
📅 Working Days: Must commit at least 3 to 5 days during the week of 16 Nov - 22 Nov. Must include 1 weekend.
⏰Working Hours: 10:30am to 10:30pm (12 hours shift with 2 x 1-hour unpaid breaks in between)
*CANNOT CHOOSE SHIFT TIMING, will be assigned by roster.
📍 Location: Waterway Point (Punggol)
Your Role (Cannot Choose)
- Back of house coffee crew:
- Handle high-volume coffee preparation in a fast-paced, production-style environment, ensuring consistent output, speed and quality.
- Operate coffee machines and perform basic tasks such as inserting coffee capsules and refilling water containers (up to 10kg). - Front of house coffee crew:
- Manage queues and handle basic customer enquiries to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively approach and engage the crowd, understand customers' coffee preferences and redirect them to the correct booth.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. 🗣️
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cooperative team. 🤝
- Flexible availability to cover varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. 📆
👔 Own Attire Required:
▪️ White long sleeve button up collar shirt
▪️ Black Jeans (no ripped jeans)
▪️ 80% white covered shoes
‼️Grooming:
> Natural hair colors (No pink / blue / purple / red etc)
> Neat and tidy
> No long manicure
