Temp/Part time Clinic Assistant 🏥 (no exp required)

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Registration & Coordination
- Register patients and ensure their personal details are accurately entered into the hospital system.
- Arrange clinic appointments and assist with hospital admissions, discharges and patient transfers.
- Check patients' eligibility for subsidies, insurance coverage and financial assistance.
Front Desk & Patient Assistance
- Attend to enquiries from patients and visitors at the counter, over the phone and through online channels.
- Provide information on clinic procedures, waiting times and appointment arrangements.
- Manage patient queues and ensure smooth operations at the service counters.
Billing & Payment Support
- Prepare bills and assist patients with MediShield Life, Medisave and insurance claims.
- Collect payments and handle basic billing and payment enquiries.
- Work with the Finance team to follow up on more complicated billing issues.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Update patient details and maintain accurate records in the hospital system.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments to support daily operations.
- Handle general administrative tasks, data entry and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
