🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 🏭 Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.
- 🛠️ Conduct routine machine checks, basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- 📊 Monitor production output, product quality and process conditions.
- 🚨 Identify and report machine breakdowns, quality defects or safety concerns.
- 🧹 Maintain a clean and organised workplace following 5S standards.
- 🦺 Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- 👨🏫 Assist in training new technicians and production assistants when required.
- ✅ Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
🎯 JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 🎓 NITEC / Higher NITEC qualification holders are welcome!
- 🔧 Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
- 🕒 Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts.
- 🤝 Responsible, safety-conscious and a good team player.
- 🌟 Able to work in a cleanroom environment with PPE.
