Kovan Learning Centre is looking for a responsible and adaptable Part-Time Admin Cum Tutor to join our team.
JOB DETAILS:
- Working Days: 3–5 days per week
- Working Hours: Flexible, based on centre needs and class schedules
- Pay: $11–$20 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
- Location: Kovan Learning Centre, 22 Yio Chu Kang Rd, #02-07 Highland Centre, Singapore 545535
- Commitment: Minimum 6-month commitment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporeans only
- 'A' Level, Polytechnic and University graduates/students are welcome to apply
- Familiar with the Singapore MOE syllabus
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred
- Able to teach Primary & Secondary Math and/or Science
- Strong command of English with fluent and confident communication skills
- Responsible, patient, and highly adaptable
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Handle basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks
- Communicate with parents regarding students' attendance and class progress
- Manage incoming calls and assist with class scheduling
- Assist tutors with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
- Support the day-to-day operations of the learning centre
- Maintain a clean, organised, and conducive learning environment
- Assist with other administrative & ad-hoc tasks as required
