Our products reach customers across retail, e-commerce, corporate gifting, wholesale, and institutional channels throughout Singapore.
About the role
We’re looking for a Temporary Admin to join us on a 6-month contract. You’ll support order processing, inventory management, bazaar coordination, and general administration. This hands-on role requires you to stay organised, coordinate with booth leaders, manage paperwork and stock movements, and support day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and process corporate orders in the system
- Process all retail pop-ups’ pre-orders
- Prepare inventory stock checklists
- Record stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records
- Print and compile paperwork
- Create and print gift cards for orders
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
About you
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage
