RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor casino entry and exit points to verify patron eligibility according to regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as a Responsible Gaming Ambassador and provide guidance to patrons in line with regulatory expectations and resort SOPs.

Maintain a professional demeanour and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patron experience.

Respond to first aid incidents and provide effective medical assistance to customers and team members in a discreet manner.

  • Other assignments as directed by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirements of minimum 21 years of age.
  2. Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or an equivalent qualification.
  3. Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  4. Ensure and maintain customer service standards & uphold professionalism.
  5. Good team player
