🍳 JOB SCOPE
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Handle food preparation, including cutting, chopping and portioning ingredients
• Ensure food quality, taste and presentation meet standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Monitor food stock and assist with inventory management
• Ensure proper food storage and handling
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with other kitchen duties as required
👕 DRESS CODE & REQUIREMENTS
• Top attire and shoes will be provided
• Black pants or jeans (not faded or dark grey)
• Active Food & Hygiene Certificate required
• Previous kitchen or chef experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Good teamwork and communication skills
🚕 TRANSPORT ASSISTANCE
• $25 cab fare assistance provided for travel to the assigned work location only.
• No cab fare assistance for the return journey.
