Clinic Assistant (Basic up to 3k / 5 days work)

Gross up to $3000 (depends on experience) + Commission scheme
Job Description:
- Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
- Attend to enquiry via phone calls
- Schedule patient’s appointment
- Process invoice and payment collections
- Dispense medication and maintain inventory levels
- Basic housekeeping
- Assist with clinic opening and closing
- To perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements：
- At least N / "O" level or equivalent
- Basic IT knowledge
- Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
- Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, to handle Mandarin-speaking customers and colleagues
- Willing to work retail hours 10am-9pm (1.5-2hrs break), weekends & public holidays
