**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events and projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
**Job Description**
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to prepare event materials, manpower, schedules, and onsite arrangements.
- Support the development of event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and logistic documents.
- Handle venue and equipment sourcing, delivery arrangements, and setup/teardown coordination.
- Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams are aligned on event requirements.
- Assist with promoter recruitment, scheduling, and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and post-event reporting.
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum Diploma in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
