We are hiring Contract under Recruit Express headcount:

Job Scope

  • Receive, open and verify incoming mail and documents against accompanying cover letters.
  • Sort, categorise and prepare documents for scanning and processing.
  • Prepare data entry instructions and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems in accordance with established procedures.
  • Handle document archiving, including packing, labelling, indexing and coordinating off-site storage.
  • Liaise with external vendors on document retrieval, storage and secure disposal.
  • Assist with administrative duties, data updates, reporting and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to handle documentation accurately.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
