We are seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Assistant Administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Assistant Administrator (1 Year Contract)
Job Description
- To assist in administrative duties
- Prepare Tax Invoices, P.O., Data Entry & monthly inventory
- To liaise with production, customers & suppliers on orders, delivery, shipments, AR & AP
- Liaise with freight & printing companies
- Assist with ISO, BizSafe matters and setting up new IMS
- Scanning of documents
- Able to read & write in English
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Any other duties and assignments from the superior as required
Job Requirements
- Min. GCE 'O' level / SPM
- Min. 2 years of administrative/relevant work experience
- Familiar with MS Word & Excel
Other Information
- 5-day work week: Mon- Fri Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Salary will commensurate with experience
- $2.8K to $3.0K per month
