Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with purchases.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure products are well-displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
- Support promotional activities and sales events.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N or O level. Entry level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
are welcome - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers of all ages
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for merchandising and visual presentation
- Able to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours as required
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable
