Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join our team as an Assembly Operator and be part of assembling cutting-edge server systems for global technology customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble server chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets.
- Perform server assembly and rack build activities on the production line.
- Carry out unpacking, packaging, and pack-out activities.
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow work instructions to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Comply with safety regulations and production procedures.
- Support other production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Technical school, vocational school, or high school qualification and above.
- Able to use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers and assembly tools).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg).
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Height above 170 cm is preferred for rack build duties.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
Working Hours
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- 4 days per week
- Rotating day and night shifts
