Working Hours:
- 6-day work week (shift basis, including weekends and public holidays)
- Rotating shifts may be required
- Break time subject to operational needs
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in basic food preparation (e.g. washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and seafood)
- Prepare hotpot ingredients and ensure proper portioning and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
- Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment
- Ensure proper storage of food items in accordance with food safety standards
- Support kitchen team in daily operations and service preparation
- Dispose of waste and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
- Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory checks
- Follow kitchen safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced and warm kitchen environment
