**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining store operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
**Job Description**
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations that enhance their shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems whilst maintaining proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure proper stock levels, and organise products to create an appealing shopping environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance through proactive customer engagement
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, ITE qualification, or equivalent educational background
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with demonstrated customer service orientation
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts
• Prior retail experience is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided to suitable candidates
