Recruitment:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment including job postings, selection, interviewing and offers management.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies.
- Conduct seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
Work Pass & MOM Compliance
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and any other work pass related matter.
- Timely and accurate submissions to avoid compliance issues.
- Support workplace safety requirements and MOM-related surveys.
HR Operations & Administration
- Responsible for end-to-end HR administration and operations and advisory support to employees.
- Maintain and update accurate HRIS records and employee files with confidentiality.
- Administration of employee confirmation, resignation and other employment related documentations.
- Prepare accurate monthly HR reports and provide analysis report.
- Support internal and external audits and statutory compliance.
- Any other duties as assigned to support HR operations and overall business needs.
