**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic F&B Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our restaurant. You will assist in managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence in Singapore's vibrant food and beverage industry.

**Job Description**
• Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations and coordinating with kitchen and service teams
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally

**Job Requirements**
• Minimum  1-3 years of experience in F&B operations or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to work in multicultural teams
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations in Singapore
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
