Our esteemed Retail professional in our COURTS Retail Stores daily task is as follows:
- Daily cash, credit, and flexi-plan collections
- Be updated on corporate partners’ rewards and redemption programme
- Online sales order collection
- Home Club Membership sign-ups
- Handle general customers and flexi-plan accounts enquiries
- Sell add-on services - Instant Replacement / Extended Warranty etc
- Any other duties assigned by your superior
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC
- Minimum 1 year of related cash handling experience
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- Computer literate and systems savvy
- Able to work retail hours
- Able to strive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
