Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly, offering friendly and professional assistance.
- Provide product details, answer queries, and suggest recommendations.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, ensuring proper merchandise display.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system, contributing to team targets.
- Support inventory management, address customer concerns promptly, and stay informed on products, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Native Chinese speaker is preferred.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the store schedule.
- Assist in other ad hoc activities assigned by store-in-charge.
- This role requires approximately 16–17 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- ‘N’ Level & above; additional education or certification in sales or retail is a plus.
