- Working hours: (5-day work week) Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met whilst fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Able to operate the machines (metal stamping, bending, lathe and milling machines) and provide training to operator
- Manage and coordinate production activities, optimising workflow and resource allocation
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet product specifications
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet targets
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes
- Other ad hoc general production matters
Job Requirements:
- Must have HANDS-ON experience to operate machines
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, and quality control method
