Office Admin Assistant | TAISENG | $13/HR | 1st December - February 2027 | Office Hrs | FJG

Location:  Tai Seng - Office Environment 

Salary:  Estimate $2600-$2700 / Month
$13 per hour - Normal
$26 per hour - Overtime

Commitment period:  1st December - February 2027 - Must be able to commit full period

Working hours: 
Monday - Saturday 9AM - 6PM  
or
Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM 

Job scope: 

  • Verify and tag online orders accurately.
  • Print order details and gift cards, then attach them to the corresponding orders.
  • Cross-check order information to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle and sort hampers and packages.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team and couriers to arrange packed orders for dispatch.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and assist with customer enquiries via email and phone calls.
