Job Responsibilities
• Perform professional hair and scalp treatments
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the treatment journey
• Recommend suitable treatment programmes and products
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas
Requirements
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers
• Experience in hair treatment, beauty, salon services or customer service is an advantage
• Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
