Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Monthly Salary: $2500 - $3000 per month
Contract Positions
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process records, documents and databases
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Handle correspondences via emails, hardcopy letters or over the phone
- Assist with UAT when required
- Assist with project / programme management duties
- Any other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
