What you'll be doing
- Attend to patients’ enquiries and guide them through healthcare processes
- Assist with wayfinding and provide general support within the clinic
- Provide assistance to patients with mobility needs (e.g. wheelchair support)
- Identify and support fall-risk patients, and perform basic screening (e.g. temperature checks)
- Promote and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosks and mobile applications
- Assist with basic measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure
- Support patients in completing medical questionnaires where required
What we're looking for
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels, NITEC or equivalent
- Prior experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
