What You’ll Do:
✨ Lead, motivate & manage the outlet team

✨ Drive sales performance & achieve outlet KPIs

✨ Oversee daily outlet operations

✨ Coach, mentor & develop team members

✨ Ensure excellent customer experience & service standards

We’re Looking For:
💼 Experienced in sales & leading a team (At least 2-3 years of experience)

💬 Strong communication & interpersonal skills

🔥 Results-driven, motivated & responsible
