Responsibilities
- Perform full function of Recruitment - Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates & clients
- Conducting phone or face to face interviews to identify suitable candidates
- Understanding the job requirements and matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiate offer terms and place candidates successfully
- Provide good customer service to clients and candidates
- Achieving and hitting sales target
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Willing to learn attitude
- Not afraid of rejection
- Hungry for money
