  • Various outlets
  • 5 day work week including weekends & public holidays
  • Working Hours: 1000hrs - 2100hrs with 2 hours of breaks in between
  • Salary up to $3,500 + AWS

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
  • Attend to enquiry via phone calls
  • Schedule patient’s appointment
  • Process invoice and payment collections
  • Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels
  • Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
  • Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
  • To perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Min GCE "O" level or equivalent
  • Possess basic IT knowledge
  • Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
