The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with leading beauty brands to hire passionate Makeup Beauty Advisors. If you love cosmetics, beauty trends, and helping customers feel confident through makeup, we'd love to hear from you.

The Job

  • Demonstrate makeup application techniques and recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and skin tones
  • Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, launches, and beauty techniques
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance
  • Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and clienteling

The Talent

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or beauty experience, preferably in makeup/cosmetics
  • Passionate about makeup artistry, beauty trends, and customer engagement
  • Sales-driven with the ability to recommend products confidently
