We’re searching for Assistants to be part of SSMC's diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on:
- Support Process Engineers in sustaining and improving manufacturing processes
- Perform 12-hour rotating shift duties to support production operations
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and minimize production interruptions and lot holds.
- Monitor and analyze process performance using SPC and other statistical tools.
- Support process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanroom, and operational requirements, including proper handling and custody of tools and equipment.
More about you:
- ITC / NTC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related studies.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
