🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer & agent enquiries (email / WhatsApp)
  • Provide shipment status updates (ETD / ETA / cargo status)
  • Assist in airfreight booking and coordination
  • Liaise with warehouse, drivers, and operations team
  • Prepare and check shipping documents (MAWB / HAWB / invoice)
  • Monitor shipment progress and follow up
  • Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks
  • Support billing and job costing checks

🔹 Requirements

  • No experience required (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment

🔹 Preferred Traits

🔹 Working Hours

  • Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sat: 9:00am – 1:00pm
