We are seeking a proactive and organised Production Executive to support our Factory Manager in the daily food production operations, quality assurance checks, inventory control, warehouse coordination, and compliance activities.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating daily production to meet orders and delivery timelines.
• Monitor production progress, manpower, materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct routine QA checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, finished products, packing, labelling, storage and expiry dates.
• Identify quality, hygiene or operational issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory records, conduct stock counts and support warehouse organisation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material purchases and delivery schedules.
• Maintain production, QA, inventory and compliance records.
• Support food safety documentation, traceability records, audits and non-conformance follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, SFA, Halal, BizSafe, HACCP, GMP and other relevant requirements.
• Assist in supervising and training production and warehouse staff.
• Support equipment maintenance coordination and report breakdowns promptly.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, QA/QC, food safety, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of ISO, SFA, Halal, BizSafe, GMP or HACCP is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Responsible, hands-on, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
