Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in mobilizing standby personnel at all levels during emergency calls.
- Liaise with Service Crews from City Energy and/or SP Group on matters related to gas supply interruptions, gas leaks, and other gas-related incidents.
- Coordinate the dispatch of mobile contractors for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) servicing requests.
- Coordinate the dispatch of Service Crews for Residential and Commercial aftersales requests.
- Support operations by responding to electric vehicle users’ enquiries via calls and emails.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Computer literate.
- Required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial area and be able to arrange their own transportation, including for evening shifts ending at 10.30pm.
Work schedule: 6 days' work week (rotating 2-shift work pattern (0800 – 1600 hrs and 1430 – 2230 hrs))
