📍 Location: Logistics GSOC / Supply Chain Monitoring Desk
💼 Position: Supply Chain SOC Specialist
🕐 Work: 24/7 rotating shifts incl. nights, weekends & PH
📋 Employment: FTE
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain SOC Specialist to support real-time shipment monitoring & supply chain security operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shipments via approved platforms, dashboards & alerts
- Track routes, locations, geofences, ETA, stops & tracking devices
- Assess alerts incl. route deviations, unauthorised/prolonged stops, tracking loss, geofence/tamper alerts & cargo-theft indicators
- Verify alerts with Logistics, carriers, drivers & relevant stakeholders
- Escalate suspicious/high-risk incidents & support incident response
- Maintain SOC logs, incident records & supporting evidence
- Conduct shift handovers & provide timely updates/reports
- Report platform/data-feed issues & identify recurring risks
🔹 Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field
- Min. 5 years' experience in SOC/GSOC, supply chain security, logistics, transportation, control tower, incident management or command centre operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Experience in incident handling, escalation & stakeholder communication
- Strong communication skills & MS Office proficiency
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced 24/7 rotating shift environment
⭐ Preferred
- Experience with shipment monitoring, GPS, telematics or supply chain platforms (e.g. Overhaul)
- Experience with high-value/high-risk cargo
- Regional/global operations centre experience
- Knowledge of logistics & supply chain operations
