As a Customer Relations Officer, you play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for passengers.
Your responsibilities include the following:
- Welcome passengers and ensure their eligibility of lounge usage
- Attend to the needs of lounge guests in a proactive manner
- In charge of buffet table presentations to ensure that the food and beverages served are fresh and well-presented
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the lounges
- Monitor food wastage
- Perform basic administrative tasks and computerized transactions
- Proper recording and daily tabulation for month end closing
