About the job
Reporting to the Swedish Food Market (SFM) & Bistro Supervisor, you will support food service, customer service, promotional activities, and festive events on a seasonal, event-based basis. This includes food preparation and handling, assisting customers, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth operations during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer enquiries.
- Support sales, promotional, merchandising, and festive event activities.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and general operational duties.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Your profile
- Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (mandatory).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and responsible, with good time management skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Able to stand for prolonged periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to work AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to commit for the period from December 2026 to March 2027.
