- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Process orders, appointments, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
