Jobscope
- Plan, organize, execute events and retail interior requests from concept to completion.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue, vendors, setup, and event materials.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage budgets, quotations, and event timelines.
- Oversee on-site operations, setup, and troubleshooting for projects.
- Support marketing efforts and event-related collateral.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports.
- Handle administrative tasks including proposals, documentation, and follow-ups.
Job Requirements
📌Diploma/Degree in Events, Business, Marketing or related field
📌Strong organisational and multitasking skills
📌Ability to perform under pressure in the Events industry
📌Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
📌Sharp attention to detail and high standards for execution
