Accounts Executive
Salary: From $3,000 - $4,000 (commensurate with experience)
Working Location: East Singapore (Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT)
Responsibilities
* Handle full set or partial accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
* Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
* Prepare GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
* Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial reports.
* Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
* Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
* Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
* Use AutoCount or MYOB accounting software for daily accounting functions.
* Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and other finance-related activities.
* Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
* Relevant accounting experience is preferred.
* Familiar with payroll processing, GST and month-end closing.
* Experience using AutoCount or MYOB accounting software is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
