Work Schedule

5-day work week (43.75 hours)
Both weekends required to work
Rest days: Unfixed, on weekdays

Shift Schedule:

Weekdays: 11am–9pm / 10:30am–8:30pm / 10am–8pm / 9am–7pm
Weekends: 8am–6pm / 8:30am–6:30pm

Position Overview

The Branch Executive supports the Branch Manager and Area Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations. This position serves as a senior operational role above the Branch Associate, overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, customer experience, and branch coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Area Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational excellence, customer service standards, and business objectives. Monitor branch performance, including enrolment, renewals, attendance, customer satisfaction, class utilisation, and operational KPIs, while implementing action plans to achieve branch targets. Drive sales performance by overseeing enquiry conversion, customer retention, renewals, referrals, and service recovery initiatives. Ensure consistent delivery of the Happy Fish customer experience by maintaining exceptional service standards for children, parents, and visitors.

Job Requirements:
Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Business, Early Childhood, Sports or Service. 1–3 yrs customer service/ops exp. Bilingual in English & Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office & Google. Positive, reliable, team player.
