Key responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Present vehicles and services in a compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate terms to close sales effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and transactions
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximise repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Stay informed about current promotions, inventory, and market trends to communicate relevant information to customers

MUST HAVE CLASS 3/3A DRIVING LICENSE
