Job Responsibilities:
- Guide clients and visitors to the meeting rooms.
- Making drinks for internal and external customer.
- Take down beverage orders for meetings and sessions.
- Executes catering order set ups, arrange beverage for functions and events as instructed.
- Executes conference room set ups.
- Serve food and beverage for internal and external customer as requested.
- Assist Hospitality Manager to liaise with outside vendors to carry out equipment maintenance, catering orders and pantry orders.
- Handle internal poster, memo or any communication materials to pantry equipment as instructed.
- Ensure equipment, amenities and conference room facilities with defects are raised to Supervisor, or Hospitality Manager.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
- Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
- Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
- Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
