Job Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES:
- Passionate and highly motivated with good insight of customer service
- Service oriented with high enthusiasm to serve professionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI’s as determined
- Collaborate with team members in meeting group sales targets
- Build a long-term relationship with the customer by strategic approach
OPERATION:
- Assist with the store’s visual directives, inventory and maintain standards of housekeeping
- Develop deep understanding of computer system to handle transactions and perform other function such as merchandise transfer and order fulfilments
- Assist with all other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the retail industry
- Service oriented; good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, mature, and good team player
- Sales experience in retail apparel is a plus
- Strong systematic organized approach to work
- Willing to work 8hrs a day, 5-day work week. (Rotational work shift that includes early opening and late closing)
