We're looking for responsible, reliable, and energetic individuals to join the IRVINS family. As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly—from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and preparing products for production and shipment.
What Your Day Will Look Like?
Warehouse Operations: Perform daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods into containers
Reach Truck / Forklift Operations: Operate reach trucks and forklifts safely and efficiently to support warehouse activities.
Inventory Management: Conduct physical stock counts and cycle counts, ensuring inventory records are accurate in both the warehouse management system (WMS) and physically.
Picking & Packing: Pick and pack goods accurately according to orders, both physically and through the WMS.
Production Support: Receive, check, and properly store Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finish Goods
Other Duties: Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, or Executive.
What We're Looking For?
Forklift Skills: Able to operate a reach truck and/or forklift safely and confidently.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using basic computer systems, WMS, and RF devices.
Communication: Able to understand and follow instructions given by your supervisors.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to completing assigned tasks responsibly.
Team Player: Positive attitude and willing to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Physical Fitness: Comfortable with physical warehouse work, including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and moving goods.
Flexibility: Willing to work overtime when required to support operational needs.
