The Customer Service Assistant delivers excellent passenger service by supporting check-in, boarding, and travel documentation processes. The role ensures compliance with safety and security standards, assists passengers with special needs, and handles customer inquiries and operational disruptions in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at check-in counters and boarding gates.
- Verify passenger identities, travel documents, passports, and visas.
- Assist passengers with special needs and travel requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, flight disruptions, and automated check-in issues.
- Process passenger documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures, reporting any incidents or breaches.
- Act as a professional ambassador of the organization and maintain service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to handle operational demands, including baggage handling assistance when required.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
