Are you the friend who colour-codes their calendar, remembers everyone's birthdays, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to a stranger? We'd like to meet you.
We're looking for a part-time Personal Assistant who can keep our schedules tidy, our inboxes under control, and our appointment books full — all from the comfort of your own home (pants optional, professionalism mandatory).
What you'll be doing
- Calendar wrangling — Manage diaries, respond to meeting invites, and help us figure out what actually matters today versus what can wait until Thursday.
- Booking appointments — Reach out to contacts, set up meetings for the team, chase the follow-ups, and lock in the confirmations. You'll be the reason our calendars look impressive.
- Admin, sorted — Handle the day-to-day admin that keeps leadership and operations running without a hitch.
- Keeping everyone in the loop — Liaise with team members and stakeholders, nudge people when things stall, and keep the the flow going & accurate.
What we're looking for
- Education — Local Diploma, A-Levels, or higher.
- A juggler — You can handle several things at once without dropping any of them, and you know when to ask and when to just get on with it.
- A self-starter — Minimal supervision doesn't scare you. You take ownership and run with it.
- A communicator — Organised, clear in writing, confident on the phone, and comfortable talking to people you've never met.
- Tech-savvy — Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is second nature.
